I designed these options with a specific persona in mind: Users who manage multiple social marketing presences with multiple login credentials, & need a single entry-point to manage these accounts.

I interviewed existing users & worked with our research team to understand why our customers needed this functionality, & how to provide it to them while also nagivating the various limitations & API restrictions related to managing multiple network logins from a single Constant Contact account.
