Project Details

The goal: Surface to users their ability to create inexpensive ads based on their custom content, with the ability to target specific users, and get insight into performance of these ads with a clear ROI, and improve ad-creation workflows.

How could we educate users on the ease of use, power of targeting and affordable cost related to creating custom Facebook & Instagram ads from within Constant Contact, and create a lightweight and intuitive interface?

By surfacing information at multiple entry-points within a user’s marketing workflow on the ease of use and benefits of ad-creation to their business, and provide an improved and more intuitive UI and set of workflows to complete these tasks, we can reduce confusion and reluctance towards the current perceived difficulty and cost associated with creating an ad, and ultimately contribute to our customers’ success.
