Complete redesign of Constant Contact survey experience. Prototype focuses on image-response support.

I worked with a group of recent graduates who joined Constant Contact, and lead the experience and feature prioritization. Taking into consideration existing functionality and user feedback for feature improvement, helped inform the decisions made during discovery, initial testing and eventual implementation.

I was responsible for this project for the majority of the process, and handed-off the design refinement and development phase to another talented colleague, in order to focus on the social posting and sharing initiative.
