New experience prototype for surfacing reporting trends to users regarding email performance & contact management.
I coded this prototype using our proprietary FEKIT framework, & used Highcharts for the data vizualization components.
I worked with our data-team to gather quantitative data related to usage of our current reporting dashboard, conducted customer interviews, & collected qualitative user feedback to inform the decisions about what metrics are most important to our users' success.
