The Constant Contact and Eventbrite action-block email editor integration was part of an initiative to include popular marketing partners' functionality and brand awareness into our existing creation workflows.
Users requested a way to include their Eventbrite events in addition to our events feature currently in product. We partnered with their team to map out ket functionality and API capabilities, in addition to showing data from engagement and attendee information within our CTCT user dashboard for advanced analytics.
We ran multiple user feedback sessions to help define the issues our users were running into trying to manually cut-and-paste Eventbrite info into their campaigns, and how we could help simplify the workflows between the two applications. This also helped inform our events feature redesign, currently in process now (March 2021).
